Job Summary
This position will oversee warehouse inventory control for telecommunications project initiatives in the
greater St Louis area. Primary duties will include shipping, receiving, ordering materials, inventory
transactions cycle counts, and physical inventory to ensure availability of materials to maintain project
run rates.
Responsibilities and Duties
 Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
 Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
 Coordinating the logistics, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing of materials.
 Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
 Maintain min/max material stock to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock
 Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
 Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
 Maintaining and updating inventory records.
 Maintain a safe warehouse environment

Educational Requirements
 High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Associates degree in Supply Chaine
management, Logistics, or equivalent experience

Inventory Specialist Requirements:
 Must have valid drivers license
 Must be authorized to work in the United States
 Experience in warehouse inventory logistics preferred.
 A minimum of 2 years of experience, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
 Excellent knowledge of inventory management process
 Ability to lift 50lbs.
 Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office programs
 Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices
 Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Exceptional collaboration abilities.
 Excellent time management and organizational skills.
 Must be in the St Louis area or willing to relocate.
