We have an immediate need for a Leasing Consultant to join the team at Outlook Gwinnett, one of United Group’s professionally managed Active Adult apartment communities in Buford, GA.

  • Assists in preparation of advertising and marketing materials and regular market surveys
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly leasing traffic reports
  • Makes recommendations to improve leasing programs
  • Assists in preparation of all necessary packages for lease up move-ins
  • Tours visitors of the community and shows apartments to interested guests
  • Encourages interested guests to apply for residency and leases apartments to qualified applicants; assists with application process
  • Assists in turnover of move-outs, including evaluation of damages, preparation for future residents

Job Overview + Requirements:

  • Job Type: Leasing Consultant; $24 per hour plus Bonus Program
  • Work Hours: Full Time; Monday - Friday; weekend flexibility is required for leasing appointments
  • Physical Requirements: walking, standing, light lifting, and carrying
  • Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History; NALP Certification preferred, yet not required
  • Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales/leasing; residential property management, preferred experience in the active/independent adult (55+) market; Software (Yardi, CRM, Entrata, etc.)
