The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects and partnering with key project stakeholders across the business to support transformational initiatives. The role will focus on supporting projects that enable the organization to deploy multifaceted cross-functional change and will report to the Director, Project Management Office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex portfolio of prioritized projects supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Develop project plans that encompass all project milestones, and adhere to deadlines for the overall success and closure of projects
  • Provide project visibility to key stakeholders and project teams through regular meeting cadence and status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Develop relationships with and partner with various project leads and implementation analysts helping to drive projects forward in synergy
  • Report on project success criteria, metrics, and maintain expected standards
  • Lead project workstreams and participate in Executive Steering Committee meetings
  • Lead by example through project management best practices and continuous improvement in alignment with overall company strategies
  • Support organizational process and change management through effective communication and aligning clear goals and objectives
  • Demonstrate teamwork, innovation and excellence within daily work

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain or related field 
  • 6+ years’ experience in a project management role
  • Intermediate to Advanced in all Microsoft Office software, specifically, PowerPoint, Excel, and project
  • Project Management Institute certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology preferred
  • Effective communicator with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive projects with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences
  • 10% travel required
