Job Description 

As a maintenance technician you are responsible for the repair and upkeep of the apartment community you work in. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks that do not require specialized training.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Complete common apartment service requests efficiently. 

•  Preferred experience in light plumbing and electrical work. 

•  Perform tasks like changing locks, light bulbs, and appliance installation and repair. 

•  Conduct exterior and interior painting, light drywall repair, and other maintenance tasks. 

•  Handle pressure washing, groundskeeping, and more.  

Qualifications: 

•  Reliable transportation to and from work. 

•  Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team player attitude. 

•  Willingness to assist with community projects and take direction. 

•  Basic hand tools are a must, and power tools are a plus. 

•  Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. 

•  Friendly and customer-oriented approach to co-workers and residents.
