Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for working with the facilities and maintenance team to support work order planning and scheduling. Oversee of the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and reporting on project progress.
Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules so that projects can be executed in the most efficient manner possible.
Assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing alternate methods for corrective action.
Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
Assure credibility of the information contained in the schedule.
Review schedules with team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule.
Ensure resources are aligned to schedule activities, analyze loading requirements and required resource levels and check for constraints
Provide regular progress updates, highlighting variances from the baseline; recommend corrective actions that mitigate potential delays or progress slippage
Report and analyze cost performance
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
3 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
Detailed understanding and ability to schedule large design build projects.
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office products
Proficiency with a CMMS (maintenance connection, maximo, or SAP)
Effective communication and organizational skills
