A B2B FinTech company located in Midtown East is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, meticulous, a team-player and can roll with the punches. This person must be comfortable on the phones and have a strong customer service mentality. They must have Salesforce experience. This role will start out remotely and will work out of their office once it is safe to return. Day to day this person will onboard and activate new accounts, respond to inbound customer service inquiries over the phone and via email, ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner, keep track of and document resolutions, work to retain clients, etc. 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred. The hours are 9-5 M-F with an hour long lunch break and potential for overtime. Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days and 2 personal days. Salary is up to $55K.
