Healthcare Coordinator

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator role will provide great opportunity to develop and grow medical revenue and customer service experience. Their work will have a direct impact on not just the organization but the larger Healthcare industry making this an amazing career opportunity.

We have the following shifts available:

Monday- Friday: 7am-8pm

Pay: 15-17/hr

Responsibilities:

Ensures completeness of referral data and obtains orders as required. Coordinates, copies and delivers referrals to pertinent staff (nursing, pharmacy, billing, etc.)

Takes referral from referral source via phone, fax, email, Clinical liaison, etc.

Coordinates referrals between different business units (e.g. pharmacy, nursing, warehouse, etc.)

Coordinates referrals with external sources (sub-contractors, other healthcare providers) and the patient.

Completes and accurately enters patient demographic and therapy information into the system.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, HS Diploma required

2+ years office or administrative experience, customer service, retail or hospitality experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
