Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager for their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a staff of two.
- Insurance Agency Customer service experience is key and the position is responsible for the day to day operations/activities of a full brokerage including the agency management system, where processing of billing and collection calls as well as servicing clients, marketing and placing risks and renewals take place.
- No travel is associated with this position.
- Knowledge of insurance industry is helpful along with strong communication skills.
