RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, Missouri (MO). Essential Duties:
- Support inside sales and customer service team with administrative and clerical duties that arise
- Assist Customer Service to assure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Identify, communicate and support resolution of problem areas regarding data entry, system error, customer-service issues, customer-training issues or other areas that may negatively impact the overall customer-service process
- Data processing and light order entry
- BS/ BA in Business Preferred or Equivalent Experience
- 2-5 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
- Data entry and experience / proficiency with computer software
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service & relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
