Who Develops You:
As a member of the Bizzy Blondes, you'll have access to our Team Lead, and other team members who will provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help you succeed. You'll also have access to PLACE, the support, technology, and training company that provides multi-tiered support for team members.
What You're Great At:
We're looking for sales professionals who are motivated, competitive, and have a proven track record of success. If you excel at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions, then you'll fit right in. Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, the ability to overcome objections, and strong communication skills are a must.
What You'll Do:
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for executing lead generation activities, conducting two open houses monthly, converting prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments, participating in weekly script practice and team activities, committing to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls, consulting with sellers to convert to listings and market homes, demonstrating expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services, consulting with buyers, converting with signed buyer agreements, and identifying homes, and negotiating offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
Skills You Already Have:
To be successful in this role, you must be a team player, a licensed real estate professional (or have a scheduled test date), have 2+ years of real estate sales experience or associative career experience (sales, financial, real-estate-related), have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a learning-based, growth-minded individual, be organized, be willing to learn scripts and dialogues, and have excellent time management skills.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
