Robert Half Healthcare Practice San Francisco is partnering with a board-certified plastic surgeon practicing aesthetic, reconstructive, and breast oncologic surgery. This doctor is looking to expand the practice and hire a Practice Manager before the end of 2019. This role is a direct-hire opportunity and interviewing immediately.

Job Description• Oversight of office operations and administration
• Overseeing practice HR policies and procedures (hiring, reviews, benefits, payroll, time off approval and reporting etc)
• Training and managing the administrative team (see job descriptions below) to provide outstanding customer service to patients, so their needs are met in alignment with the vision and values of the practice
• Oversight of office process, procedure and business systems (including regular evaluation, optimization, and liaising with associated consultants)
• Oversight of essential office services (internet, IT, phones, printers, scanners, computers, phone and answering service)
• Maintenance and ordering of office equipment (and reporting to accountant)
• Assessing ROI of practice equipment or platforms (e.g. New Beauty, cool sculpting machine or laser, etc.
• Collaborating with the surgeon (and any other practice providers) on the timely flow and tracking of insurance and cosmetic billing, and payment of practice-related bills
• Keeping track and segmenting all expenses for practice.
• Analysis and tracking of practice performance based on business objectives (e.g. developing and maintaining office budgets, patient segmentation and analysis, surgery conversion rates, attrition, etc.)
• Oversight of office material and document saving, filing, and organization
• Coordination of office hiring (full-time, part-time, freelance, consultant)
• Management of practice consultants and freelancers (payments, communication, etc.)
• Liaising with reps
• Documentation of office processes: new patient prep, patient discharge, surgery checklists, etc.
• Managing office schedule and calendar based on business objectives
• Oversight of surgery scheduling and pre-authorizations
• Coordination of office meetings
• Tracking and reporting on product sales
• Updating of credentialing and licensing for practice
• Managing memberships and subscriptions
• Overseeing accounts receivable and payable for the Practice.
• Oversight of office hospitality
• 2-3 years of Practice Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
