Our client, a global non-profit research organization located in RTP, is seeking a part time Telephone Interviewer that will join an existing team on a tobacco and health prevention-related study. The selected candidate will contact an assigned of administrators at mental health organizations in New York State. The interviewer will use an approved script to identify the correct administrative contact, describe the study, and request permission to send a survey packet. This position is a part time five month contract role located in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Contact an assigned list of people to call, open the database that contains the contact information, speak with administrators or their office staff (using an approved script provided to the interview team) to confirm they received a lead letter describing the study, request permission to send a survey, and continue follow-up with respondents via phone and email over the study weeks to try to obtain completed surveys.
Record the disposition of contacts in the database and update contacts when appropriate.
For administrators that have agreed to participate in the administrative portion, the interviewer will ask if they or another staff member would be willing to serve as a point of contact for the provider portion.
