This position will play a critical role in the company?s growth by assisting the Account Manager and Optimization teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in executive support and have solid analytical skills. The candidate must be a self starter and have the ability to work both as a team and independently. This position will report directly to the Director ? Account Managers who in turn reports to the Company President. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities: ? Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ? Coordinate travel arrangements for small team ? Strong communicator via phone and e-mail ? Problem solving skills ? Resourceful and positive can do attitude
