Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Commercial Sales IPT Lead to join the BGS Services and Marketing team in direct support of Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) Products and Services.

Two positions are available: The DAS portfolio consists of solutions focused on Jeppesen's legacy services for Flight Deck Solutions & Navigation Data; Flight Solutions (Flight Planning, Crew Planning, Environmental Sustainability); and Technical Solutions (Aircraft Health Maintenance, Records Management, Maintenance Performance Toolbox, Predictive Analytics). We are seeking candidates for the Flight Solutions and Technical Solutions Portfolios. The IPT Sales Lead will provide Voice of Customer and Sales input to Product Team leadership and drive annual sales program execution in one of the primary portfolio areas (Flight Solutions or Technical Solutions), coordinate and communicate with all required functions & global sales teams; track and report sales performance and participate in DAS Commercial Sales planning and leadership.

This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is defined as a hybrid work environment with 60% participation on-site. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in one of our DAS locations, preferable collocated with the IPT leadership (Denver, Seattle, Frankfurt, Gothenburg). Extensive international travel may be associated with this role.

Position Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with Commercial Sales Leadership to define and promote global sales strategy for the respective IPT
* Track and support strategic campaigns and annual sales targets
* Coordinate with IPT leadership to define competitive strategy and target markets
* Support Integrated Program Reviews representing sales performance, targets and growth opportunities
* Supports the IPT providing sales metrics.
* Supports customer and program communication
* Demonstrates expertise in all products and services incorporated under the IPT. Able to differentiate value in the marketplace for Boeing solutions
* Understand the competitive landscape for IPT products and services
* Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
* Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote goals by focusing on a shared vision
* Shares DAS vision for integrated services and technologies and advocates for development towards this vision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Experience in DAS portfolio of products & services
* Experience coordinating requirements with suppliers and/or subcontractors

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Experience with commercial sales of enterprise software in the aviation industry.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM.
* Experience building cross functional relationships with global stakeholders.

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
