Who we are
The Enterprise Services team provides our clients exceptional service in the scoping, deployment and integration of our solutions within the framework of their existing businesses. We partner with Sales and Account Management throughout the sales process to guarantee the solution is a fit for the client's needs. We then work with the client and our Product and Engineering teams to ensure the client has an efficient, exceptional onboarding experience.
As a member of our New York-based team, you'll be responsible for providing data and analytics for our Enterprise Services team. The analysis will be based on Bloomberg's data sets and presented across all teams. The dashboards and reporting will be used to drive business decisions to ensure we are providing an optimal experience in the most efficient way.

What you'll work on
In Enterprise Services you will have the opportunity to build analytics and reporting to drive business decisions. Your role is shaping and improving reporting on how we measure success of the experience, so we invest in tools and systems to make it even better.

We are seeking to a hire a Data Analyst to join our team to focus on Enterprise services data, reconciliation, and reporting. In this role you'll work closely with the team to analyze and ensure data is captured efficiently and accurately, build visualizations of the data through reports and dashboards, and manage user access.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help define how we capture similar data across multiple teams
  • Identify the data shared across Enterprise Services and the relationships between the data
  • Identify patterns and outliers within large datasets
  • Reconcile large sets of irregularities in large datasets
  • Development of reports and dashboards for individual contributors and senior leaders
  • Assist with coordination of business critical and sensitive reporting requests
  • Provide project assistance and additional ad-hoc data management support for the department
  • This role will be based in New York City (731).

Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management
  • Advanced excel skills and VBA skills
  • Understanding of database design and structuring
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, QlikSense would be strongly preferred
  • Experience handling, manipulating, processing and verifying large sets of data with accuracy and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail and task follow-through
  • Good project management skills for executing short term projects and reporting requests
  • Proven history of solving complex data problems with a sharp eye for detail
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning and applying knowledge
  • Superb interpersonal skills with a comfort working across diverse teams and handling senior leaders
  • An ability to handle your time efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, open, positive, and collaborative personality
  • Demonstrated project or work experience using one more programming/scripting languages
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement, as well as devise and implement innovative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate with others
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure in a frequently changing environment.
