An exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager Cardiology is now available at a 200-bed hospital.

The Assistant Nurse Manager will report directly to the Manager. The Assistant Nurse Manager will work on a 28 bed unit that serves as the central cardiac monitoring site for the inpatient floors. The Assistant Nurse Manager is recognized as the clinical expert in Patient Care Services and a leadership role model for Registered Nurses and all staff under their supervision. Directs the work in such a way to ensure the overall Patient Flow. This position will assign all patient care activities assuring that staff are qualified to care for assigned patients, support team members, and ensure quality and service excellence to our patients. They will also, facilitate challenging situations. The Assistant Manager will appropriately assign the workload. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and developing staff performance.
