Our client is a technology consulting partner specializing in end-to-end digital innovation. They partner with clients to execute their digital strategies by elevating the customer experience, transforming technology and exploiting analytics for decisive action. They collaborate with clients to provide technology expertise and industry experience to deliver real business results across a range of industries.

Our client is seeking a business analyst to work with a marketing team to do a gap analysis of their current data / reporting environment, including working with marketing to elicit additional requirements.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline.
-4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or other related field.
-8+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in software development.
-Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
-Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies.
-Experience with Microsoft Products; Excel, Word and Visio.
-Experience with project tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or other Agile tools).
-Data and Analytics experience as a Sr. BA is must
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to lead workshops and requirements sessions
-Tableau reporting and prep
-Knows SQL
-Experience writing data and analytics requirements for BI and Data Warehouse solutions
-Experience doing source to target mappings
-Experience doing data profiling

Pluses:
-ETL and Database experience
-Salesforce experience

Responsibilities:
-Manages ongoing relationship with business partner (Product) to drive satisfaction.
-Coordinates project delivery by facilitating design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
-Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture team and identifies solution interdependencies.
-Serve as a key liaison to Product and other departments that have specific business functions.
-Collaborate with multiple Product, Shared Services and Backend Data teams to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide technology solutions.
-Responsible for eliciting high level requirements and Acceptance Criteria provided by the Product team, creating and refining epics and stories to Dev Ready.
-Answer questions and clarify requirements for projects and enhancements during the estimation, refinement, development and QA process.
-Responsible for developing and maintaining requirements traceability and facilitating refinement sessions.
-Works independently and proactively to meet Refinement deadlines, i.e., ensuring the backlog is always adequately filled with fully refined stories.
