REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE!!!! RemX Staffing is currently hiring individuals to work for one of the nation's leading providers of emergency and non-emergency transportation. In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you will become an integral part of serving their members and assisting them with arranging transportation to their medical appointments.
Job duties to include the following-
- Answering inbound calls from clients, doctors and medical facilities to arrange transportation to medical appointments
- Verify eligibility and transportation requirements
- Utilize advanced scheduling software to optimize number of rides and determine best route.
- Maintain high level of professionalism.
Schedule-1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts available (days off may vary)
Pay-$12/HR ($13/HR if bilingual)
Job Requirements-
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Proficient computer skills
- Must have ethernet cord/modem connection. WIFI does not work!!!
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!!!!
