RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client located in Cincinnati, Ohio (OH) that is seeking an experienced, analytical and technically strong Accounts Payable Lead to process high volume AP for multiple locations in addition to performing accounting functions, bank reconciliations, aging analysis, general accounting and month end close and reporting processes
The Accounts Payable Lead will serve as a go to for the entire AP department providing support, training and technical guidance. The Accounts Payable Lead is also responsible for processing an average of 200-300 invoices/week plus all electronic invoices for multiple locations located across the US.
Communication with vendors and facility managers, internal teams and internal management is essential. This role requires strong Excel skills and technical abilities. This position also requires the ability to analyze invoices for discrepancies and duplicates and resolve those issues.
- 3 years minimum full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Experience processing AP from multiple locations
- Accounts Payable Analysis experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Health care experience a plus, but not required
- Experience working on Sage 100 or PeopleSoft a plus
