Manufacturing Process Engineer
Specific Responsibilities Include:
-Learn and become a process expert of an assigned manufacturing area, including machine, robotic, and manual workstations
-Mentors Supervisors and employees within the department to solve problems to improve manufacturing processes
-Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to address issues with greater scope
-Identifies and escalate issues that require further capital investment and/or design resources through the appropriate management channel
-Improve system designs for better safety and production efficiency
-Develop and execute in-house testing procedures
-Perform data collection and analysis
-Shows initiative in gaining and maintaining the skills, abilities, and knowledge required to perform this position in at least a fully qualified and satisfactory manner
-Other project work and tasks as assigned

Qualifications
-2-4 year degree in related field (Engineering, Industrial Technology, etc.) + 2 years of experience, required.
-Technical degree can be replaced with additional years of related technical experience.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential
-Experience with powder coat operations, required.
-Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc Robots, and/or HAAS CNCs experience, preferred
-Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills, preferred
-Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities and projects
-Lean Manufacturing knowledge, preferred
-Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
-Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. unassisted
