Client Success Consultant / Account Manager

Double Line, Inc. Charlotte, NC Full-Time

(This position is open to candidates residing in North Carolina and Texas. We work remotely, but we have an office location in Austin, TX for use at our employees' convenience. We have no plans to return to the office on a mandatory basis.)

We're a growing tech consulting company looking to expand our sales team and identify more areas of work that make an impact. You'll listen intently to feedback, and we'll strategize on how we present approaches to meet our clients’ evolving technical needs. Sound interesting?

If so, we're looking for a hard charger like you, who can:

  • Nurture existing and establish new relationships while getting deep and wide with current clients to keep them “sticky” by choice – be the client’s voice within Double Line
  • Work with established clients to identify additional opportunities for revenue
  • Leverage our excellent execution to raise our reputation and win new clients

Bonus points if you're bringing knowledge of or really want to learn the following:

  • Technology Services or other consultative sales
  • Working with clients to create long-term visions and strategies
  • K-12 education, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations

We do not want you to make the leap without knowing what we need, so here is how we define success for this position:

  • Identify three referral opportunities in the first 60 days
  • Highlight and generate 1-2 opportunities that can become proposals in the first 180 days
  • Maintain positive Client Satisfaction Scores in the first six months
