RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA). This is a contract to hire role (after 3 months) with one of the largest Healthcare Providers in the Lehigh Valley. Working in a Call Center environment, you will be responsible for scheduling Diagnostic Testing procedures with appropriate doctors.
- Medical/Doctors office experience
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- EMR system knowledge a plus
