Electrical Engineer
Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Full-Time / On-site
Pay: $100,000 to $130,000

Qualifications:
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program (Architectural Engineering preferred).
- Expertise in designing electrical systems, including:
- Lighting and control, power distribution, HVAC coordination, food service equipment coordination, and fire alarm systems
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, COMcheck, and applicable energy codes
- Familiarity with NEC and NFPA code standards.
- Strong organizational, logic, and reasoning skills to translate concepts into deliverables.
- Proficiency with Excel, OneNote, Word, and related software tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team structure and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- 5+ years of experience as an EE
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key design team member, managing electrical systems development and coordination for construction projects.
- Produce accurate and timely deliverables, including basis of design narratives and construction design documents compliant with applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IECC, IBC, LEED, etc.).
- Provide design information and effectively delegate tasks to production support staff.
- Mentor and lead design staff, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to identify project requirements and present recommendations.
- Stay updated on trends and technology in electrical systems through communication with manufacturers and contractors.
- Oversee and perform construction administration tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.
