Job Description

We have a direct hire EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT job with a respected global management consulting firm located in Downtown Houston.  Candidates should have a minimum 6-8 years of experience providing direct administrative support at the senior executive level.  The salary range for this position is $63,000 to $74,000 annually DOE.
Salary Range: $63-74K annually DOE
Location: 77010
Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm OR 8:30 am-5:30 pm

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing senior level administration support to Company Partners including, but not limited to, written and verbal correspondence, meeting and calendar management, arrangement of travel schedules, graphic presentations and special projects. Work with another designated Executive Assistant in a “partnering” (team) system.
• Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach. Communicate agendas and respond to calendar changes as needed.
• Act as an interface for clients and all levels of Company staff.
• Receive, screen, and route all incoming telephone calls, mail, publications and correspondence.
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements with Company Travel and outside agencies including air, hotel, ground transportation, meal reservations as business needs and personal preferences dictate.
• Type and proof correspondence including letters, memos, documents and reports as requested or as circumstances dictate. Produce simple computer graphics for client presentations.
• “Partner” with another designated Executive Assistant to provide phone coverage, work sharing and general team support.
• Maintain Partner’s contact list (Business and Alumni) in Outlook and CRM (Company database).
• Ensure contacts are resolved and classified appropriately in CRM. Coordinate Partner’s electronic/print mailings and event activity.
• Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
• A minimum of six to eight years’ experience in providing direct administrative support at the senior executive level is required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required as is the ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams is required.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation is necessary.
• Able to quickly develop rapport with Senior Executive Assistants both internally and externally.
• Ability to meet deadlines, exercise good business judgment, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation tools.
