As the visible leader of QR_ teams across the USA, and as an integral part of the Company Board of Directors, you will:
Own the key client relationships for our largest accounts, building long-lasting relationships as their trusted advisor.
Lead the way for our business development team to build bigger and better, more impactful projects with large, multi-national OEMs.
Take Company’s Global offering, and leverage local team support to apply it across our USA Business Units through optimizing team structures, finding and developing local talent and building a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Develop QR’s “Quite Refreshing” culture throughout our US teams through the endorsement of teamwork and cooperation, ensuring high staff optimization, astute organizational effectiveness, and a low rate of attrition.
Oversee QR_USA financial performance and work closely with staff to prepare annual budgets, forecasts., month-end financial and operational reviews.
Inspire confidence, trust, respect, ethics and credibility. The right candidate will be a contagiously hard worker who strengthens performance and coherence of the QR team, brings out the enjoyment and satisfaction of teamwork, problem solving and productivity, and leads by example.
Outstanding Academic Credentials. Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in STEM, Business Administration. Economics or Finance.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Development Leader or Senior Account Manager for organizations operating a modern consultative selling model.
An inspirational leader of teams, with a track record of delivering success through strong leadership, collaboration and team work.
Experience of improving outcomes through optimizing organization structure and succession planning.
Experience of leading annual budgeting process and with an excellent understanding of corporate financial management.
Strong in negotiation with first-class communication skills.
Stellar Time Management Skills with the ability to meet deadlines and do their best work under pressure.

Strong on the use of data and KPIs to drive the right actions and improved outcomes.
Technically strong, with the ability to understand highly technical processes and apply smart solutions.
Experience of successfully developing relationships with major automotive clients and/or clients from other complex manufacturing industries would be a distinct advantage.

Effective delegation skills, mitigates conflicts quickly, effectively and fairly.
