Job Description

An employer is looking for a Billing Admin for a large company that provides pre-clinical and clinical laboratory services for the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. This company is $4 billion in revenue, publicly traded, was founded in 1950 and has over 15,000 employees. This person is responsible for data entry, giving payroll scanned timesheets, uploading, and running some reports. They are trying to go from all manual to completely automated systems. Review timesheet entry and send out manager reports for review weekly/monthly, support monthly customer invoices submission, assist with coding of vendor invoices and receiving documents, assist with entry of receiving documents, and prepare a variety of reports as requested. This will be part time 3 days per week, Monday and Friday required and then option of T,W,TH.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of data entry
  • Excel skills
  • Documentation and working in collaborative environment

  • Billing experience
