Call Center Finance position

Position: Contract Processing Rep
-Clients are mainly taking calls regarding existing accounts, handle and input credit applications, will review consumer disputes and respond accordingly, update client banking details.
-This position is not a collections position, and definitely a bit “slower” paced, but you are still on the phone quite a bit, probably 50-80 calls a day.
-Need to the ability to type accurate and quickly while someone is relaying information to you over the phone. Phone calls can be fast paced.
-Data entry from phone calls or paper applications are a large part of the job.
-Extremely proficient with technology and comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods of time.
- When the employee becomes a perm Employee after the 3 month mark, they will have the option to sign up and earn benefits such as health insurance ($35-$40 a paycheck), dental insurance (free), vision ($4 a paycheck), Aflac insurance (amount depends on policies employees choose), life insurance (free $25,000 option, but plenty of others to choose from), other types of life/disability insurance.
-Pay is $14-$15 an hour.
-Hours are M-F 8am-5pm, 2 Saturdays a month 830am-3pm, with a day off during the week.

Other Incentives: Company Christmas party, company day at Del Mar horse races, team lunches, Fond recognition program, $50 on your birthday, $100 employee of the month bonus along with a personal parking spot.





Someone can be successful in either of these roles with no relatable experience. However, they must certainly be outgoing, positive, completely comfortable and willing to work in a call center environment, be extremely comfortable with technology, and be willing to speak with people over the phone for extended periods of time confidently and persistently, especially if they are being hired for the Loan Servicing Position.
