Kforce's client, a New York, NY based boutique Commercial/Residential Real Estate company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who will assist with the administrative function and provide support to several Principals of the firm.
Responsible to provide support to primary Partners and Principals assisting with billing, scheduling meetings, calendar management, and travel arrangements
Collect Data for new and existing tenants
File maintenance including Scanning and copying
Assist with mailings, correspondence and office errands as necessary
5+ years of administrative or equivalent related experience, ideally in a small real estate company or similar business
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Organized with the ability to multitask with attention to detail
Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new software as needed, including proficient with Microsoft Office
Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
We are looking for an individual who is a quick learner and comfortable working in a small, family run office
