Specialty Provider Liaison-FC (US) - 1
Location: Remote, Candidate must be located in Georgia.
Hours: Standard Business Hours
Responsible for spearheading initiatives with providers on practice support, transformation, and quality improvement. Collaborate with networks to increase collaboration, communication, and coordination of specialty services, which include but are not limited to: special health care needs that may include mental, or behavioral challenges or at risk for developing learning, emotional, behavioral disabilities in the future.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
Partner with network development staff to identify access and availability issues.
Inform, develop, and execute on strategy to address access and availability gaps.
Assist in implementing telehealth strategies.
Support providers in increasing their ability to serve children in child welfare through strategies such as: training, providing information and tools specific to children in foster care, becoming medical homes for children in child welfare and integration of physical and behavioral health.
Engaging providers in quality incentive programs and assist with implementation.
- BA/BS degree and a minimum 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters preferred.
