We are seeking Associates for distribution warehouse in Manteca CA to Pick Orders and build pallets. Company works with medical supplies therefore its an essential during Covid-19. This facility has Daily temperature checks and masks in place for COVID prevention. Associate will work in the "Load To Process" department and will require to meet quotas each day. This role is fast paced environment!
- Hand picking orders and scanning with rf scanner
- Building pallets with boxes of orders
- Lifting/moving boxed that weight up to 45 lbs
- Making sure to work with high safety standards at all times
- Must work to meet performance standards daily
Pay: $18 per hour (temp to hire)
Schedule: 4:00am to 1:30pm OR 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday - Friday with mandatory Saturdays for OT as needed
REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 9 months to a year of recent proven warehouse experience and must be comfortable being cross trained on equipment such as electric pallet jack and forklift
Once hired permanent, employee will qualify for weekly and monthly incentives and quarterly profit sharing!!!
