Key responsibilities include: •Processing vendor requests •Uploading documents to Onbase (owner contracts, owner change orders, owner invoices, sub contracts, sub change orders) •Review invoices in Onbase •Assist with scheduling sub payments •Assist with creating sub EFT's in Prolog •various duties as assigned.
