About the role:

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Flexible Space team. Our team’s priorities are: 

  • Delivering strategic solutions for clients  

  • Actively collaborating across platforms  

  • Developing our people and inspiring others 

  • Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace 

  • Applying new technology and data to drive change 

What this job involves  

  • Visit sites to develop feasibility studies and scope alternatives 

  • Connect to internal design teams for creative value-based solutions  

  • Ability to provide budget level cost estimates with alternatives for presentation to clients 

  • Collaborate with in-market construction managers to deliver projects on budget and on time 

  • Collaborate with solutions lead to support proposals 

  • Work with clients’ technical team on fit out planning 

  • Manage development of initial plans for pricing 

  • Manage ongoing repairs & maintenance needs within spaces to ensure optimal client experience 

Sound like you? To apply you will have: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role  

  • MS office, 2D/3D architectural program viewing experience 

  • Construction & capital cost estimating experience plus the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of implementation 

  • Experience with facility management needs in office environments 

  • Experience as owner’s representative with focus on total cost of ownership 

  • Hospitality project management or retail program management preferred 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills  

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial spirit  

  • BS/BA in architecture, construction, or real estate related field
