Billingual Sales Representative –$18.50/HR 

Are you a motivated and bilingual individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. If you have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to multitask effectively, we want to hear from you.

WHERE: Dallas, Texas 75244
SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-1pm, Sun 12pm-5pm (Rotating Schedule)
WORK ENVIROMENT: Office Environment, Business Casual (Jeans on Friday), Closed-Toed Shoes
(Opportunity for Remote Work After 90 Days)

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (approximately 80-100 daily).
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide sales support.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
• Maintain a problem-solving mindset to resolve customer issues.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Manage your time efficiently to meet daily targets.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.

Requirments: 

• Positive Attitude
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AS400 and SalesForce is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends.
