Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering design, professional engineering, and working with municipalities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Provide technical expertise and advice on civil engineering matters to clients and colleagues.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and other documentation related to civil engineering projects.
• Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, ensuring that they are working efficiently and safely.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues that need to be addressed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in civil engineering technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of municipal regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
