• 10 Years professional experience
• 7+ Years Human Resource background
• Good communication skills
• Experience in International setting preferred
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and communicate data analytics to evaluate and recommend improvements
• Manage and advise administration on employee relations, conflicts, training, etc.
• Conduct market research on pay, benefits, market trends, etc.
• Work with management to create positive and productive work environment
