You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables. We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. As a Senior Consultant, you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level. Qualifications Required: Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years Minimum Degree Status: Graduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program (MBA, MD, or PHD) in Fall of 2022 and graduate by Summer of 2023) Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position. Preferred: MS, MBA, MPH, MHA or a similar graduate degree is preferred Related PhD concentration is also acceptable Previous strategy consulting experience is preferred Healthcare provider or fellowship experience and/or education in health economics is strongly desired Access, SAS, R or SQL skills desired Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs Strong quantitative and organizational skills are a must Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Heavy travel (east coast to west coast) may be required, depending on client assignment Additional Requirements The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described. The salary range for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 depending on degree level and work experience.
