Home Instead Senior Care is expanding our office. We are actively searching to hire for a Part-Time administrative assistant/On-Call Coordinator position. This position is expected to perform a variety of on-call duties to provide the highest quality service to clients and CAREGivers. This position would be part-time in the office and include on-call after hours of two weekends a month.

This position is ideal for someone who seeks flexible employment scheduling and who has a passion for helping others. The position requires the ability to comfortably learn and utilize the company's scheduling software. You must be a persistent and resilient person, able to work quickly under stress with good judgment. The ideal candidate embraces the opportunity to work independently as well as being a member of a dedicated team. We look forward to hearing from you!

  • On call    
  • Client care if needed
  • Assisting office staff with communications between clients, families and CAREGivers
