Healthcare Customer Service Representative- Phone Intake

We currently manage care for 26 million members through over 8,000 provider locations. Through advanced analytics, we determine the appropriate site for post-acute care, and provide support and coordination for patients and their families throughout care transitions, including to and from Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and through Home Health, Home DME, Home Infusion, and Home Sleep services.

As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services. You will be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming calls from providers, referral sources and potential patients by collecting and entering clinical and demographic information into our company portal. Laptops will be provided/shipped to all hired employees:
- Must be proficient and comfortable in a computer-based environment with excellent
- communication and problem-solving skills - Embracing the values of accountability, consistency and engagement through excellent attendance
- Demonstrating outstanding customer service through the ability to care for other - Flexibility, adaptability and motivation learn
- Requires a High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Atleast 1 year of Call center/customer service experience within an office
- Upbeat, outgoing personality
- Experience working with multiple computer screens
- Microsoft Office
Training: M-F 9-5:30pm EST (3 weeks)
Shift: M-F 9am-6pm EST
Pay: 16.35/hr (bonus check after a certain amount of days worked)
