Science and Technology (S&T) Liaison with Security Clearance
is seeking a Science and Technology (S&T) Liaison to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and its ongoing Science and Technology portfolio.
The individual should have expertise and recent experience in development and execution of complex technical tasks, applying analytical problem-solving methodologies, interfacing with Government and prime contractor personnel, and effectively allocating resources.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Program Officers to develop proposals for technology development and assist with staffing proposals to appropriate Resource and Acquisition sponsors.
• Work with Program Officers to help develop technology roadmaps and vision for a broad range of C5ISRT technology.
• Assist with collecting accomplishment stories, writing up accomplishments, and putting together award packages for outstanding performers.
• Act as a liaison to Navy and Marine Corps staffs to advocate for technology to address capability gaps.

Job Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance.
• Recent experience in coordinating S&T development efforts with program schedules, performing technology assessments, and/or maintaining technology deployment/transition agreements.
• Expertise in assessing current requirements to assist in identifying technology development opportunities to address capability gaps and developing technology roadmaps for the transition of S&T programs.
TRAVEL: 0 - 25% Education:
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from an accredited college or university plus 15 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment, or a Master's degree from an accredited college or university plus 20 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus 25 years of relevant work experience in a C5ISRT R&D environment.
