The IT System Analyst - Application Support reports to the VP, IT Manager and provides Application support services to various CIT applications.

  • Develops application and business integration solutions and uses a variety of platforms and technologies to provide business solutions
  • The position is responsible for working with business partners, application setup, enhancements, testing and maintenance of systems.
  • Documents new and existing applications and changes as they are developed or installed
  • Analyzes, modifies, tests, supports software in assigned environments
  • Responsible for understanding the business and business objectives within supported area
  • Troubleshoots application issues and works with teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Works directly with vendor and internal resources on vendor applications to support business applications
  • Uses multiple methods in the research, design, development, and execution of internal and vendor applications
  • Complies with all Bank information policies and standard and related Federal, State and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to Banking

  • Bachelor's degree in related system or business-related field or equivalent work experience in related area and experience working with vendors
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven success in working on projects and working with business teams
  • Awareness and experience with difference technologies related to banking and application support and lending , (ie) DocuSign, Fiserv Signature)
  • AS400 query experience, preferable with Fiserv Signature and ability to do queries and make modifications to the system
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies and business requirements
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to be available for weekends and after hours to be on call
  • Strong analytical skill and sound decision making abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT partners
  • Strong customer service skills with vendors, customers, and internal partners
  • Ensures appropriate security and privacy measures are implemented on technology solutions to protect Company data from intentional or accidental misuse
  • Pursues Operational Excellence in all endeavors, striving on a routine basis through identification and implementation of continuous process improvements
