Operations Generalist

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:

Responsibilities:

Advocate for the needs and experiences of all employees across all levels of the organization



Address or escalate employee questions and concerns related to people programs



Update and improve the self-service experience for employees and managers through FAQs and How-To guides



Use process guides and/or direction of HRBPs



Audit employee and administrative changes in Workday and other people systems



Create, maintain, and regularly update the People Operations Playbook for all regular processes the team is responsible for, inclusive of Workday documentation



Support employees and managers in completing transactions and providing them with the knowledge to become more self-sufficient



Conduct Workday and compliance audits and reporting (i.e. EEO-1, FLSA; job catalog maintenance, weekly stakeholder report requests)



Perform employee background checks



Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) for existing processes



Maintain employee file document management, including immigration filings



Qualifications:

Strong writing and communication skills



2+ years in the Human Resources/People Operations space



Must be process-oriented, have strong project management experience, and be highly organized



Have the ability to work with internal stakeholders across all departments and our external partners



Comfortable with HRIS and software in the HR space with at least 6+ months working in Workday



Ability to interact with highly confidential data with sensitivity, professionalism, and confidentiality
