This Sales Assistant position from OfficeTeam will be a long term temporary opportunity based in Monmouth county , New Jersey area. Your responsibilities - Composing correspondence and proofreading materials - Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required - Working on and at trade shows and conventions - Preparing travel and meeting arrangements - Coordinating courses and training internal employees - Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner - Coordinating orders to ensure process completion - Generating sales reports and preparing presentations - Supporting the sales department by promoting company products and services - Providing support for administrative, technical and clerical functions of sales teams

Job Requirements

- Comprehension of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field - Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments - Demonstrated project coordination skills, superb social skills, and ability to work well with all levels of staff, outside clients and vendors - Solid understanding of sales - Microsoft Excel experience required - 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience suggested - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
