Screening Equipment Field Coordinator - Program Analyst II
Job Summary
Alluvionic is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Judicial Security Division, Office of Security Systems (OSS) of the U.S. Marshals Service. The Program Analyst II will assist with procuring, testing, coordinating delivery of various screening equipment, and administrative duties.
Clearance Required: Yes – Obtain a Public Trust
Travel is Required: As Needed
*This is an onsite position.*Salary Range: $65K - 70K yearly
Responsibilities
- Assist the Screening COR (Contracting Officer Representative) in Field Testing a variety of screening equipment and related equipment
- Assist the screening staff with the procurement process or new or replacement equipment
- Assist the screening COR with contract preparations for acquisitions
- Travel on occasion to USMS sites or training facilities
- Telephone and email coordination for deliveries and appointments at site locations
- Administrative functions such as Microsoft Excel use and development, MS Word, and many other programs under the Department of Justice as described by the U.S. Marshals Service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have a basic performance or operating skills/knowledge of X-Ray Machines, Walk-Through Metal Detectors, and Explosive Trace Detection Equipment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees and outside sources
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
