The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing new recruitment strategies within the community to meet hiring goals, conduct interviews in an efficient and professional manner, lead CAREGiver orientations and trainings, and increase employee satisfaction and retention through focus groups, CAREGiver meetings, and recognition events.
The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and customer service skills, and have experience coaching and supervising a team.
