JOB SUMMARY: Assembles all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership. Prepares equipment for delivery to the customer or for demonstration purposes. Performs equipment deliveries, maintenance duties in the location and equipment detailing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintenance of the facility and vehicles.


• Basic shop and toolroom cleaning and organization.


• Perform ground maintenance for the dealer properties.


• Assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership.


• Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership.


• Operate a wide variety of equipment from lawn & garden tractors to large combines.


• Loading & unloading trucks.


• Deliver equipment to customers, as appropriate.


• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license required.


• Ability to operate a wide variety of equipment from lawn and garden tractors to combines.


• Forklift certification.

SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.


• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Extended periods of walking, standing and bending may be required.


• Ability to work in outdoor conditions in wide ranges of ambient temperatures.
