DIE SETTER/TOOL & DIE REPAIR
PRODUCTION LEAD
Location:Antioch, IL OR Wheeling, IL
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shifts available - subject to location & position

1. PROCESS MECHANIC/MAINTENANCE MECHANIC:
- Maintenance Mechanic
- Need someone with a mechanical aptitude (Can work with tools)
- Machine Operating experience is preferred
- Experience doing machine set ups
- Experience doing light maintenance production equipment maintenance.
- Work alongside a Maintenance Mechanic to fix issues on machines that are mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- Can assist in doing adjustments and changeovers on the machines.
- Some trade school is a plus* -Training Provided*
2. DIE SETTER/TOOL & DIE REPAIR:
- Die Setter
- Need someone with a mechanical aptitude (Can work with tools)
- Possibly someone that has gone to a trade school
- Experience with doing machine set ups
- Experience working in a machine shop
- Would love to see people that have experience around Complex Dies, Foil Dies, and even Thermo-forming experience. - This is a big plus* -Training Provided*
3. PRODUCTION LEAD:
A lead must demonstrate the ability to perform all manufacturing functions associated with production, including but not limited to:
Product inspection and packaging
Line preparation and press operations and processes.
Provide work instructions to line workers
Training new-hires and temporary employees as needed.
Oversee production to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the processes and operations of the manufacturing department.
Manage schedules, order materials, complete paperwork, etc.
Set up production lines, identify line issues, and enforce company regulations
Preferred: Bilingual- Spanish and English
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
