A+S is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Commissioning who’s able to merge technical, operational, and client-facing responsibilities to build a successful team. The VP of Commissioning will have the ultimate accountability for responding to RFPs, winning contracts, and building credibility in the field and with our clients, as well as responsibility for the technical execution of projects and the financial performance of the commissioning group. As an executive within the firm, the VP will also assume corporate responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Research, market and develop client base.
Pursue and win RFQs/RFPs/proposals for commissioning work.
Develop a successful commissioning team with the values of A+S.
Execute successful projects from technical, profitability, and client relationship standpoints.
Administrative & HR tasks associated with developing and managing a team and profit center.
This is not a remote position. In-office is standard A+S policy.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
CxA Certification.
PE License.
Minimum 15 years of experience in commission/ MEP engineering.
Prior management experience preferred.
