The main focus of the Staffing Coordinator position is to maintain operational branch success and coordinate client care with referral sources, clients and employees to ensure quality service delivery. All coordination must be conducted within contract, state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
The Staffing Coordinator reports directly to the Branch Manager. Work hours for this role are normally Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

A typical day for a Staffing Coordinator includes:
Evaluating On-Call reports.
Participating in annual reviews.
Communicating with field staff, nurses, branch managers, referral sources, and caseworkers regarding client conditions.
Coordinating resolution for daily staffing issues.
Participating in On-Call rotation once every other month.
Reviewing time sheets and submitting payroll entry forms.
Conducting and/or assisting with interviews or discipline.
Assisting with employee training.
Assisting the Branch Manager with any other duties as assigned.
In order to be eligible for this role, you should have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- One year of experience in the health care and/or home services industry
- Must have availability to be On-Call once every other month
- Previous experience in working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
- Professional communication and organizational skills
