JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Treasury Analyst will be responsible for Treasury Operations and play an integral role in maintaining and optimizing liquidity and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities include cash management and reporting, cash flow forecasting and analysis and bank administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for setting and reporting of the daily/weekly/monthly cash position and coordinating required borrowing or investment
* Responsible for FX hedging analytics, process in accordance with corporate hedging strategy
* Initiate and review/approve wire transfers for processing in accordance with corporate authorizations
* Monitor and prepare analytical and regulatory reports on global cash balances
* Create monthly Treasury Reporting Package - Domestic and International
* Collaborate with international finances partners on cash movement
* Provide support to accounting for treasury transactions
* Initiate and confirm FX transactions
* Daily bank reconciliation on domestic accounts
* Daily bank review/international locations and banks
* Provide detailed transaction support to accounting; create journal entries
* Cash Flow Forecast
* Prepare and analyze short term cash forecast including data collection from various sources and detail from accounts payable team
* Bank fee review and variance analysis
* Collaborate with FP&A team to align cash flow forecast with annual plan
* Maintain bank portals and existing cash management systems
* Manage bank account opening and closing procedures
* Coordinate review and reporting of global banking relationships
* Procurement and Travel Card Administration; including individual setup and payments
* Merchant Services cost review and analysis
* Process Starkey loan portfolio
* Review and address unapplied A/R payments
* Coordinate within Treasury to build processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencies
* Review and maintain up to date list of banking regulators
* Ad-hoc projects as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or relevant job experience
* One to three years of Treasury experience, ideally in a global organization.
* Proficient with major ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)
* Ability to collaborate across the organization to build and implement controls and processes
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
