Chai Urgent Care New York, NY (Onsite) Full-Time
CB Est Salary: $160000 - $200000/Year

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations for our Urgent Care Organization. The VP of Operations acts as a leader, ensuring that the organization and employees carry out the vision and culture of our Urgent Care Company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President will play a critical role in shaping strategic direction and operational management. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare executive to lead a talented team and drive growth and innovation in Urgent Care.

Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Responsible for leading the operations and growth of the company.
  2. Partner and continuously work alongside the CEO to develop successful workflow, policies, and procedures that align with a focus on how to create best urgent care standards for all locations.
  3. Analyze needs for higher or lower staffing tied to volume targets, and monitor KPI scores and complaints to identify positive and negative trends needing intervention.
  4. Establish high standards and plan for achieving and surpassing patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and profitability.
  5. Collaborate with other site managers and clinical leaders to develop and implement cohesive plans and procedures for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of our organization.
  6. Motivate, lead, and build a high-performance local team that most closely aligns with finance objectives and vision of the company.
  7. Set clear, attainable goals for yourself and the local team to measure the effectiveness of those goals and results.
  8. Provide consistent and open communication regarding the operating climate of the local teams.
  9. Drive a positive work environment that cultivates and encourages employees' continued professional growth and satisfaction with the company.
  10. Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed.

Desired Experience/Desired Education/Other:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Masters (MBA) preferred
  • At least 5 years of strong operational experience, specifically in multi-site healthcare practice
  • Skilled in organizational development and personnel management
  • Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission
  • Flexible and able to multitask
  • Proven track record, preferably within the healthcare industry with a multi-site structure

Salary: $160,000/year to $200,000/year plus quarterly commissions
